Abandoned

Three weeks after Christmas, this is the fate of one tree, abandoned in the parking lot across from the Star-Advertiser offices. Sad. A few strands of tinsel were still on it.

Encounter with Dr. Body

Among the techniques employed by Masaaki Iwai at the newly open Dr. Body in Waikiki is a full nelson. I tried it after this woman, and after about 15 minutes of kneading, cracking and twisting my body, I felt lighter and was walking with perfect posture! It felt so good I didn't want to stop walking, lest sitting down would revert the effort and make me crumble in on myself.
